Ok, it's obvious that my liking for TWILIGHT has taken a backseat for quite a while. In fact, my blog has been dormant when it comes to the saga.  Everyone knows that NEW MOON is being filmed in Vancouver, Canada and everyone knows that the second installment of the saga is MORE about Bella and Jacob (Edward, ofcourse is being emo and is in hibernation after the appalling incident during Bella's 18th birthday).  Jacob, is the mortal enemy of the vampire Edward not only because they both love Bella but also because Jacob is a werewolf!  Since a werewolf almost never leaves it pack, Jacob find himself in the company of other shape-shifters/ dogs/ vampires' mortal enemies!  And one of the men that will be a part of this pack is this oh-so-yummy guy:

• For next semester, I'm going to have SIX major subjects.  Out of the total 25 units that I'll get, 18 of it are History-related. Here are my six major subjects:  HISTORY OF THE MODERN WORLD, HISTORY OF THE AMERICAS, ISSUES IN PHILIPPINE HISTORY, HISTORY OF EAST AND SOUTHEAST ASIA, HISTORY OF EUROPE, and METHODS AND STRATEGIES.  
• Being handled by two of the most respected professors in our department.  Dr. Garcia became my professor last year in GEOGRAPHY and he is one of the most efficient and organized professor that I've ever met. As a History Major,  to be under the tutelage of Dr. Tantengco is inevitable.  She is considered one of the BEST professors that our department can boasts of.
  
• Newsletter for my org, KAPARIZ.  As the one who suggested it, I am the editor-in-chief of our first ever org newsletter and me and my staff entitled it, DIMASALANG.  It's a reference to one of the pseudonyms that Jose P. Rizal, Philippines' National Hero in his fruitful albeit short career as writer.
• Organizing a Twilight Convention at PNU.  My friends and I decided to gather TWILIGHTERS in our campus with the primary reason of knowing one another and exchanging our ideas about our beloved book.
• The most anticipated movie of the year, TWILIGHT.  It will start showing here in the Philippines on the 26th of November.
• Going again to Baguio for NRYLI (National Rizal Youth Leadership Institute).  Elmo and I participated last year as delegates for PNU, but this time, we are going to beYouth Coordinators for the said event. I'm really excited for it!
  

Our very own copy of Twilight's Illustrated Movie Companion...  I went to Fully Booked Gateway yesterday to try my luck and inquire if they already have copies of it.  When I inquire at the Costumer Service, the salesperson told me that the shipment had just arrived and they haven't displayed it yet.  I guessed I'm one of the first person to grab my own copy from their store.  What can I do? I'm really really obsessed!

Our family's first copy of TWILIGHT has been lend on to several people, convincing them to read it so that they can fully understand our OBSESSION  towards it.  Luckily, ALL the people that borrowed our copy - whether it's my friends or my sister's- have responded positively and are now TWILIGHTERS.  But ofcourse, beauty fades and it doesn't exclude our FIRST Twilight copy.  Its pages are still intact but its colors have gone yellow, all in a span of 9 months!  So, I successfully convinced Ria, my younger sister to purchase another copy (the one with the cast on it) so if ever we want to scan the pages of this beloved book, we can just get it under the table, and not wallow when will our converts return it.

When Ria revealed to me yesterday that she bought another copy of Twiligt, I was more than elated and in fact, I started reading it again!  As in, I AM READING IT AGAIN!  Can't help myself, really.  TWILIGHT has that impact on me! 

Finally, the long wait for the theatrical trailer of TWILIGHT is over! I first watched it with Diana at one of our school's computer shop and the two of us can't stop smiling and giggling while watching it over and over again! The trailer is great and it makes me yearn for MORE. 

My favorite parts are the following:

• Edward climbing the tree with Bella on his back.
• Edward urging Bella to say VAMPIRE out loud. 
  
• Edward showing Bella the majestic forest while their on top of a tree.
• Edward and Bella walking to the school's entrance and everyone is staring at them.
  
• Bella saying to Edward that she would rather die than stay away from him.
• Edward and Bella lying down, I think, at the meadow. 
  
• Edward catching the APPLE with his hands and offering it to Bella just like the book's cover! (It was ingenious!).  The Filipino flag in the background of that scene really made me happy too! 
• The nomads rock-n-roll inspired arrival at the baseball field.
  
• Emmett, Alice, and Jasper appearing at the ballet studio.
  
• Edward telling Bella that SHE is HIS LIFE NOW!!!

Ok, so TWILIGHT will come out on the 21st of November and I'm really really super duper excited for THE most anticipated film of 2008.  My sister found out about this photos of Rob and Kristen aka Edward and Bella on the net, and while she was showing it too me, I can't stop BLUSHING.  There were butterflies in my stomach and I was literally pulling my sister's right arm because of it!  The photos really proven to me that Rob and Kristen have an undeniable chemistry because the mere shots of them make me behave crazy!
