Nararamdaman ko na naman ang pagbulusok ng isang kakaibang damdamin na matagal-tagal na ring nahimlay sa kaibuturan ng aking puso. Masaya dahil muling nagkaroon ng panibagong kulay ang dating maulap kong langit.  Ngunit, nakakakaba rin ang ganitong pakiramdam sapagkat hindi ko kontrolado ang takbo ng maaaring mangyari.  Ayokong umasa ngunit paano ko mapipigilan ang aking sarili kung gusto nitong maging malaya sa minsang mapaniil na pangaral ng lohika? Muli na namang nabuhay ang aking diwa nang dahil sa aking nararamdaman. Sana lamang, kung anuman ang magiging kinalabasan nito, ay maging handa akong harapin yaon.  Higit sa lahat, magkaroon sana ng magandang epekto sa akin ang nadarama ko ngayon.

Just like what I've said on my previous post, the 47th NRYLI with theme above was so amazing that I want MORE!!! It was way better than the two previous NRYLIs that I became a part of (one as a delegate and the other as a youth coordinator).  I felt that ALL the youth coordinator were more mature because all of us were delegated to do several tasks and almost EVERYONE stood up and performed successfully.  

The KAPARIZ National Council was also in high spirits since our proposed constitution was amended and even if there were some elements who were trying to cause chaos during the plebiscite, many didn't listen to them and voted for the amendment of the KAPARIZ constitution.  Kuya John, our National President was so inspiring that despite all the criticisms that have been plaguing him prior to the start of the 47th NRYLI, he was still with us, doing his best for KAPARIZ. He also exemplified what a leader must be.  Democratic, and calm, he has this unique ability to make all the KAPARIZ National Council Officers be ONE and UNIFIED. He's the one who binds us all and he's really passionate about KAPARIZ.  

The 47th NRYLI was also my debut as an Editorial Chair for the Official Publication of NRYLI, THE LEADER.  Now I have to admit, I have very minimal experience in publications that when the task was assigned to me, I was really overwhelmed.  But I was so thankful to have volunteer staffs who were so dedicated to THE LEADER.  Many of them would stay until the wee hours of the morning just to finish the two newsletters that we need to publish.  They also made it easier for me and the rest of the editorial chair since they have their own initiative and all of them have MORE experience in publications compared to me!  Some may find our newsletters not satisfactory nevertheless, what's more important is the bonding that we shared.  After all, we can't please everyone.

I want more!  I want to go back to Baguio for more 47th NRYLI.  This one was just extraordinary and almost everyone from the RYLI Committee agreed.  There's just something unique in this leadership conference.  We may have fewer delegates compared to last year but they're active participation helped the 47th NRYLI to become a success!  

It's been three days since it ended and I still have a hungover.  I think that it changed me and I have a different outlook in life.  It taught me to be responsible, professional, and to accept whatever judgments people might think of me.  I'm so thankful to be a part of this and I hope that the 48th NRYLI would be better!

Just coming from the 49th National Rizal Youth Leadership Institute (NRYLI) from Baguio, the experience was BETTER than the first NRYLI that I've attended!  It's the most memorable NRYLI, yet!

In less than 8 hours, I'll be going back to Baguio for the annual NRYLI or National Rizal Yourth Leadership Institute. It will start from the 13th and will end on the 17th of this month.  I'll be a youth coordinator or someone who will help in coordinating micro-groups.  But I think my task is MORE on the newsletter publication.  Anyway, wish me luck and I hope that despite the HEAVY task that I'll take on Baguio, it will be another experience that I'll NEVER forget...

Due to the OVERWHELMING LACK OF REST AND SLEEP that I've been experiencing for the past days, I am becoming really EMOTIONAL and WHINY!  I can't even SMILE nor find HAPPINESS on SIMPLE THINGS.  Everything seem so UNINTERESTING.  I LACK THE ENERGY to even have a proper interaction with my classmates! I even slipped at our school's grand staircase for God's sake (i'm fine)! 


All of this, due to my exhaustion... stress!!! 

I just hope that going to the next NRYLI this Saturday would help me regain my strength...

It is already the last month of 2009!  

For the past two years, my December is usually the most exciting month of my life.  First, because of the annual National Rizal Youth Leadership Institute (NRYLI) which I've been a part of since 2007.  Next, there will be a LONG Break. Lastly, it's because of Christmas!!! 

Despite the submission of some requirements, I will not let it bother me to welcome and celebrate this month! 

The temperature in the Philippines is dropping and it's really making me FEEL December!

Wohooh!!!
